How can I cancel my Costcobusinesscentre.ca order?

The self-serve cancel option is only available within 1 hour of placing your order.

To cancel your order within one hour of placing it through Costcobusinesscentre.ca, simply follow these steps:

  1. Select My Account in the upper-right-hand corner of the Costcobusinesscentre.ca homepage. You can log in to your account through Sign In/Register.
  2. Select “ My Orders ”
  3. Find the order you want to cancel, and click the “Cancel Order” button
  4. Then, select the reason for cancellation, add any comments if you want, and click “Cancel Order.”

That’s it!

Once on My Account, click on My Orders to view what is currently on order

Please note that you cannot cancel the following items using the Cancel Order button:

  • Digital goods
  • Memberships
  • Downloadable software
  • Caskets

If you need to cancel one of the above items, or after one hour of the order being placed, please contact us.

Changes and Cancellations

To change or cancel a business delivery order, please contact a Business Centre Member Service representative immediately at 1-866-455-1846 so that we may correct the issue before delivery. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
